Maria Organtini
Augusto
met Maria Organtini in 1984 on occasion of an
informative week related to the Bahà'ì
world community. In fact, he was interviewed by
her for Radio Base Lombardia. From then on there
was a beautiful relationship that brought him
to become a member of the Circle of Poets and
Artists of Monza and Brianza, a very profound
relationship lasting until his passing on and
still today.
In 1995 Maria Organtini wrote the following poem
that is dedicated to him:
THE
JOURNEY
Superi
le barriere del tempo
con gagliardo vigore
nutrito alla fiamma della Fede.
Come un nocchiero attento
valichi gli scogli dell'indifferenza
e punti dritto alla meta.
É
bello guardare il tuo volto
dove i segni dell'anima s'identificano
con i segni dell'eta' e da questi
traggono forza e vigore.
Tanto
amore per l'umanita'
tanto ardore nella Fede
accompagnano il tuo viaggio.
Amico che passi di qui
non dimenticare quest'anima.
